CPBank organized its 12th Annual General Assembly at the Independence Hotel, Preah Sihanouk Province, on Saturday, 17 January 2026. The event was presided over by Mr. Toch Chaochek, Chief Executive Officer, and attended by senior management and branch managers nationwide.

The General Assembly was convened to review the achievements of 2025 and to set the strategic direction for 2026. It also provided an opportunity for management at all levels to strengthen relationships and collaboration, with the aim of enhancing management quality and operational efficiency.

A key focus of the assembly was the formulation of strategic plans to ensure customers continue to receive the best possible financial services.

CPBank sponsored the “Run for Cambodian Children” event, organized by the Chroy Changvar Business Project on 22 November 2025.

Around 150 CPBank management and staff also participated in the 5km run to demonstrate their solidarity and commitment to supporting Cambodian children.

The event aimed to raise funds through sponsorships and ticket sales, with all proceeds donated to Kantha Bopha Hospital, which provides free healthcare services to children across Cambodia.

CPBank organized Blood Donation Day on October 25, 2025 at the National Blood Transfusion Center to contribute to saving lives of patients who are in need of blood.

CPBank Blood Donation Day was organized in 4 locations of the National Blood Transfusion Center at the same time, which are in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap Province, Battambang Province, and Kampong Cham Province. The event was participated by Management and staff from CPBank Head office, 33 branches in Phnom Penh, Province and District​ and Management and staff of FUNAN Microfinance Plc.

This activity also aims to encourage more people to donate their blood to save more lives who are in need of blood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

CPBank management participated in the official inauguration ceremony of Techo International Airport, presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on 20 October 2025.

Techo International Airport is a major achievement, representing a new source of national pride and a gateway connecting Cambodia to the world.

CPBank management sponsored the ABC and CMA Emergency Relief Program for war refugees by providing supplies, consumables, and 240 million riels to the Preah Vihear and Oddar Meanchey provincial administrations on 11–12 October 2025.

The supplies and funds will be managed by the provincial governors to support refugees and soldiers stationed along the border in Preah Vihear and Oddar Meanchey provinces.

The charity contribution included: 400 boxes of purified water, 400 boxes of noodles, 400 boxes of canned fish, 400 bottles of fish sauce, 400 bottles of soy sauce, 400 sarongs, 400 scarves, 400 soaps, 400 additional boxes of supplies, 580 hammocks
