On Saturday, 18 July 2026, Mr. Toch Chaochek, CEO, together with CPBank’s senior management team and branch managers, participated in a tree-planting event at Chea Chanto High School in Kampong Thom Province, organized by the National Bank of Cambodia.
The event was presided over by H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia.

The final match was held on 5 July 2026, in Siem Reap Province.

CPBank Holds Mid-Year Performance Review 2026 on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Somadevi Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap Province. The event was presided over by Mr. Toch Chaochek, Chief Executive Officer, and attended by the bank’s senior management team and all CPBank branch managers.
During the meeting, the senior management team presented the bank’s performance results, strategic plans, and shared valuable knowledge and insights with all participants. The session aimed to strengthen leadership capabilities, align business strategies, and support the bank’s sustainable growth as it works toward its goal of becoming top five bank in Cambodia.











CPBank has donated 40 million riel to support the 2026 “10,000 Riel, 10,000 People” campaign of the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation, initiated by Her Excellency Pech Chanmony Hun Manet, the Foundation’s Honorary President.
The total donation of 40 million riel consists of contributions made by the public through CPBank KHQR, with the majority of the amount contributed by CPBank as an additional donation.
Mr. Toch Chaochek, CEO of CPBank, led the bank’s management team in presenting the donation to the Foundation on the morning of 2 July 2026, at Kantha Bopha Hospital in Phnom Penh.
In addition to participating in the “10,000 Riel, 10,000 People” campaign, CPBank and its employees voluntarily contribute to the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation every month. As of 2026, the bank and its employees have donated approximately USD 220,000 in total.

These generous contributions play an important role in supporting Kantha Bopha Hospital to enable it to continue to provide free and high-quality medical care and treatment to Cambodian infants and children.

On the morning of June 20, 2026, CPBank participated as a sponsor of the “Chroy Changvar Bay, Our Home” campaign, a volunteer initiative aimed at cleaning the environment and planting trees at the Chroy Changvar Bay development project site. CPBank, Canadia Bank and Intercare Hospital, companies under Canadia Integrated Group (CIG), jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sunway Medical Centre, part of Malaysia’s Sunway Healthcare Group, to strengthen healthcare services in Cambodia.

CPBank received the “One Enterprise, One Harmonious Community Award” in the Gold category for 2026 from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. This national recognition highlights the Bank’s commitment to fostering a culture of compliance and contributing to the promotion of harmonious industrial relations.
The award was presented to the Bank on 26 April 2026 under the highest patronage of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The ceremony took place during a meeting with leaders of professional organizations, held in conjunction with the 140th anniversary of International Labors’ Day (1 May), under the theme “Together to Build Resilience for Decent Work.”

CPBank organized the Football Tournament 2026 among all employees to strengthen friendship, solidarity, and communication through sports.
The opening ceremony of the tournament was held on the evening of Friday, 13 March 2026, at the T-Soccer field. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Toch Chaochek, CEO of CPBank, and attended by representatives of the 64 football teams from the bank’s 64 branches.
In this tournament, the teams are divided into 16 groups, with four teams in each group. The winners of the group stage will advance to the next rounds until the final match, where the champion, first runner-up, second runner-up, and third runner-up will be determined.

CPBank organized its 12th Annual General Assembly
CPBank organized its 12th Annual General Assembly at the Independence Hotel, Preah Sihanouk Province, on Saturday, 17 January 2026. The event was presided over by Mr. Toch Chaochek, Chief Executive Officer, and attended by senior management and branch managers nationwide.
The General Assembly was convened to review the achievements of 2025 and to set the strategic direction for 2026. It also provided an opportunity for management at all levels to strengthen relationships and collaboration, with the aim of enhancing management quality and operational efficiency.
A key focus of the assembly was the formulation of strategic plans to ensure customers continue to receive the best possible financial services.
In addition, the management also presented Certificates of Excellence to the outstanding branches of 2025 in recognition of their dedication and exemplary performance.














This significant donation was made with the purpose of supporting and encouraging Cambodian soldiers who are steadfastly protecting Cambodia’s sovereignty along the Cambodian–Thai border. The fund will also be used to assist affected citizens and war refugees.

In the spirit of “One Khmer” and in response to the call of the First Lady, on December 9, 2025, the management and staff of CPBank voluntarily donated blood at the National Defense University.
This humanitarian activity aimed to demonstrate solidarity and full support from the private sector and Cambodian citizens for the frontline soldiers defending Cambodia’s sovereignty.
