Assistant Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring New Customers and facilitate the customer to complete the forms (Account Opening)
  • Manage and build relationship with new and existing customers to maximize the cross-selling, up to date KYC, to support/facility customers’ transactions such open new accounts, transfer etc. Meeting/visitation/entertainment to established new business opportunities
  • To be assistant Relationship Manager to established products program, sales package to supporting branches such provide training, monitoring, BAU support, cross-selling and referral
  • Branding and awareness to Public
  • Business development initiatives such membership benefits, corporation under PB scheme
  • Keep up-to-date the competitors’ information, including their products, services and other marketing activities.
  • Make appointment and conduct sale presentation to promote private banking service and other products to potential customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with Bank’s marketing activities, products & services, and its product and market proposition to ensure both new and existing customers could be well educated and leveraged as much as possible the opportunities to support their businesses.
  • Other tasks assigned by Managements

Qualification/Experience Profile

  • A university degree in banking, marketing, business studies or related fields
  • Having experience in sales or Banking/Financial services (management role) at least 1 year
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
  • Females are encourage to apply
  • Broad understanding how bank operates
  • Strong negotiated and comprehensive selling skills
  • Good in English/Chinese communication
  • Planning and organizing
