Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting serious loan delinquency in areas assigned by the management.
- Responsible for collecting of default loan and written-off loan in areas assigned by the management.
- Collaborate with responsible Relationship Officers in dealing problems with customers who do not comply with the loan agreement as assigned by the management.
- Understand more about social law, professional ethics relating to position and duties.
- Study about the residences and situations of the default borrowers and written off loan borrowers under own responsibilities as the following:
- Customer’s background
- Geographical features and culture of the area the borrowers are living in
- Loan history (loan disbursement date, date of starting default, outstanding amount, and other reasons)
- Observes and monitors credit affair performance by comparing with credit programs, forms, guidelines on credit and environmental affairs of bank.
- Control quality and quantity of credit of branches and provides guidelines on how to manage, lead and monitor credit with high effectiveness.
- Follows up and controls on credit career at branches compare with credit programs, procedures, guidelines and regulations of credit and environmental affairs of bank to hunt for shortcoming.
- Check and manage on CMS of collection and CO/ CCO booking
Qualification/Experience Profile
- At least one and half year in interpersonal skill.
- At least one and half year in reviewing loan or in site visit.
- Strong knowledge in Ms. Excel is needed or Ms. Access is preferable.
- At least one and half year in experience Credit Field.
- Knowledgeable in producing report in computer system such as Ms. Word and Ms. Excel or Ms. Access.
- Understand client business concept,
- Understand CP Bank’s Credit Program clearly and manage to find mistake or error among CP Bank.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivation.
- Well coordinating and collaborating with colleague to find errors.
